The Rams continued their impressive season with a dominant 42-0 victory over the Inverclyde Goliaths.

The Rams set the tone early, with Tyler Broad returning a punt for a touchdown after the Goliaths went 3-and-out on their opening drive. This early score, combined with a successful 2PAT run by Taylor Umland, gave the Rams an 8-0 lead.

The Rams’ defense was relentless, stopping the Goliaths on multiple fourth-down attempts and forcing turnovers. Umland added another touchdown on a 3-yard run, though the 2PAT attempt was unsuccessful, bringing the score to 14-0 by the end of the first quarter.

In the second quarter, the Rams continued their dominance. Umland connected with Connor Moran for a touchdown, followed by a successful 2PAT, extending the lead to 22-0. Shortly after, the Rams capitalized on an Inverclyde fumble, with Umland passing to Sam Perry for another touchdown. Although the 2PAT was no good, the Rams were firmly in control at 28-0.

The Rams’ offense was unstoppable, as Umland threw another touchdown pass to Joe Blythe, followed by a successful 2PAT, bringing the halftime score to 36-0.

In the second half, the Rams’ defense continued to shut down the Goliaths, highlighted by Tyler Broad’s interception, which was called back due to a holding penalty. Nevertheless, the Rams’ defense kept the Goliaths from scoring, maintaining the shutout.

The final score was capped off by another touchdown, making it 42-0. The Rams’ impressive performance on both sides of the ball showcased their dominance in the league.
