Rams help out Heart Yorkshire with 10K training
Thu Mar 02 2017
The Rams this week helped out Dixie and Emma from Heart Yorkshire’s breakfast show with some extra training.
The presenting duo are preparing for this year’s Asda Foundation Leeds 10K in July in aid of the Jane Tomlinson Appeal.
Having decided Dixie was falling behind on his training, Emma enlisted Rams lineman Jack Marshall (number 70), Brad Perigo (35) and rookie Tom Lee (94) to put him through his paces. Here’s how they got on:
(function(d, s, id) { var js, fjs = d.getElementsByTagName(s)[0]; if (d.getElementById(id)) return; js = d.createElement(s); js.id = id; js.src = “//connect.facebook.net/en_GB/sdk.js#xfbml=1&version=v2.3”; fjs.parentNode.insertBefore(js, fjs);}(document, ‘script’ ‘facebook-jssdk’));
Dixie hasn’t been taking his training very seriously so after yesterdays Heart Run at the John Charles Centre for Sport Emma had a BIG surprise for him…
