What is your greatest personal achievement? Passing my driving test, becoming a fully qualified personal trainer & winning Rookie of the Year last season!

What is your greatest achievement with the Rams? Tamworth Phoenix game away last season. Result didn’t go our way but it was a good team day!

Any advice for this year’s rookies? Get to training, learn your playbook and get on Special Teams

How about advice for any youngsters aspiring to play senior football? Focus on technique, get your reps in and work hard!

What’s on your pre-game soundtrack? Usually rap & hip hop! Jedi Mind Tricks, Kanye West, Immortal Technique, Kendrick Lamar! Sometimes listen to drum & bass or dubstep as well.

What do you eat the evening before a game? Whichever takeaway tickles my fancy!

What would you say is your biggest inspiration? My dad! Always took me to matches, training and still comes to watch my games whether it be rugby or american football!
