What is your greatest personal achievement? 12 picks in 8 games during the 2014 season and my Great Britain call up.

What is your greatest achievement with the Rams? Playoffs against EKP, we had the opportunity to force them to forfeit, however we chose to play the game instead; ultimately losing. It showed class from my team mates as we did not want to be given anything, we wanted to earn it.

Any advice for this year’s rookies? Work hard, trust what is taught to you, keep your head on a swivel.

How about advice for any youngsters aspiring to play senior football? Become a student of the game. Just because you’re not at training doesn’t mean you can’t be getting better.

What’s on your pre-game soundtrack? We Are The In Crowd, Kids In Glass Houses, Twin Atlantic.

What do you eat the evening before a game? Food.

What would you say is your biggest inspiration? To be the best I can be.
