What is your greatest personal achievement? Getting my Primary School Teacher Training position. Every day is a challenge.

What is your greatest achievement with the Rams? Playoff game vs Ipswich in 2012. We took 20 players and narrowly lost, great team performance.

Any advice for this year’s rookies? Learn the playbook and attend training

How about advice for any youngsters aspiring to play senior football? Prepare your body; stretch, lift and eat well.

What’s on your pre-game soundtrack? Skrillex

What do you eat the evening before a game? Loads of water, sweet potatoes, turkey, spinach and cottage cheese.

What would you say is your biggest inspiration? The children I teach
